05 Important time node

July 1: Deadline for conference registration fee discount (note:, summer hotel accommodation is tight, please register as soon as possible).

July 1st: Deadline for application for Young Scholars (Jieyang) Forum and application for Excellent Doctoral Forum.

1. Applicants for Young Scholars (Jieyang) Forum, please fill in the application form for Young Scholars (Jieyang) Forum reporter (see Attachment 2) and send it to gacce-young@uwo. For ca, the deadline is July 1st.

2. Applicants for Excellent Doctoral Forum should fill in the application form of Excellent Doctoral Forum reporter (see Annex 3) and send it to ExcelPhD@groups.uwo. For ca, the deadline is July 5th.

07 Meeting registration

1. Online registration: please pass the official website of the society at www.gcces.cn Pay for one-stop registration and obtain invoices (click "Meeting Registration" in the above column, and then click "Join registration" on the left in blue). For specific operation, please refer to "GCCES-2022 Payment Channel Simple Guide" (Annex 1).

2. On-site registration: the conference can provide on-site registration, can support pos machine and wechat or Alipay payment.

3. Credit card (for overseas participants): please pass the institute for public mail: gcces@gdut.edu. The cn and indicate "overseas registration" at the subject (Re) to obtain relevant operating guidelines.
